In thirty-two years in the profession I have built and taught the substance of dental and healthcare management. Today that work has a team: Team SYOR. With the Arianto publishing house I founded Mediamix, which now also lives online as Mediamixweb.

Imagining matters, but every thought has to be set into a cause and effect, professional and personal. Over these years I have worked out and applied ways to build a practice's success in economic and legal terms, from opening to sale. Not only on the accounts, but with an eye on the future, on the territory and on the generations coming next, family ones included.

Managing an investment means weighing its advantages and its risks first: public and private relations, the economics, artificial intelligence and the emotional kind in dealing with people.
