In 1993 Antonio Pelliccia brought Healthcare Management to Italy: an economist and management consultant for corporate strategy and human-resource management, he served eleven years as Economist at the Government Commissariat for Lombardy, under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

He founded Arianto S.r.l. (arianto.it), a healthcare-management consultancy and publisher with a database of over 24,000 doctors. Since 2015 he has been Lecturer and Coordinator of the Postgraduate in Dental Management at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan, and Coordinator of the second-level Master in Business Economics at the Catholic University — Gemelli, Rome.

A member of the AMA (American Marketing Association) international Academy, he is the author of six books on Healthcare Management and over 350 articles, with more than 650 courses and congresses in Italy and abroad.

Recent institutional appointments in dentistry: National Advisor to ANDI; speaker and trainer for FIMP Lombardy and its National Congress on dialogic communication in paediatrics and on the management and organisational processes of the profession; Economist for the Government Commissariat in Lombardy; speaker and advisor to AIDA; advisor and speaker for SIDO; advisor to SUSO; advisor to pharmaceutical and technology companies. An opinion leader in healthcare management across dentistry, paediatrics, dermatology, aesthetic surgery, general medicine and cardiology.

Author of technical and general-audience articles on Healthcare Economics for Il Sole 24 Ore and Il Sole 24 Ore Sanità, with more than 270 publications on healthcare economics and management in the leading specialist journals. Formerly a member of the Scientific Board of Kosmè (UTET), DentalClinic (Formas) and Dental Tribune International.

More than 580 appearances at national and international courses and congresses. Formerly a speaker at IDS Cologne, Dental Salon Krasnoyarsk, Istanbul, Charles University in Prague, IDS Bangkok, the International Dental Meeting in Sofia and the 2020/2021 Dubai congress; healthcare research and development in Japan with Osaka University.

Three decades of management experience, beginning in Fiat Auto (FCA) marketing and continuing for over thirty years in Italian and international retail — Coop Italia, Rewe Group, Conad Italia — up to General Manager.

An expert in management control, organisation and strategy, for over ten years he has been Senior Consultant at Arianto Consulting on efficiency and process-optimisation projects in dental practices. He is the founder of YF Consulting, a consultancy specialised in the development and innovation of business processes.

He teaches Management Control at the Postgraduate in Dental Management at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan.

A Chartered Accountant registered with the ODCEC of Ancona, Statutory and Sustainability Auditor in the Ministry of Economy and Finance register, and court-appointed expert at the Court of Ancona. Three decades in the field across Corporate Finance & M&A, governance and control, compliance and taxation.

A Standing Member of Boards of Statutory Auditors since 1999 in foundations, cooperatives, consortia and companies. He handles valuations of firms, professional practices and business units, and leads accounting and tax due diligence for extraordinary transactions.

In 2010 he received the 1st "Bilanci di Marca" prize for the best financial statement among limited companies, awarded by the Universities of the Marche region. He lectures at the San Raffaele Postgraduate in Dental Management and collaborates with Arianto Consulting.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant registered with the ODCEC of Ancona; Statutory Auditor in the register of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Sustainability Auditor accredited and registered with the MEF to guide companies through the ESG transition; court-appointed technical consultant and expert on the rolls of the Court of Ancona; professional authorised to issue compliance certifications with the Italian Revenue Agency.

The "Bilanci di Marca" prize (2010): 1st prize for the best annual financial statement among limited companies in the Province of Pesaro e Urbino, awarded by the Universities of the Marche region (Univpm, Unimc, Uniurb) for excellence in drafting technique and disclosure transparency. Expertise refined through Masters and specialisation courses in tax, corporate and audit matters, passed on as a speaker at the 10th Postgraduate Master in Dental Management at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan. He collaborates with Arianto Consulting.

An attorney registered with the Lecce Bar. Civil law, employment law and legal counsel to professionals and companies, with particular experience in the issues that come with running a healthcare or professional practice.

He assists doctors, dentists and healthcare professionals with the legal side of starting and growing a practice: opening and organising practices and facilities, relations with associates and employees, contracts, relations with patients and suppliers, professional risk management.

His approach is built on preventing legal risk: standing beside professionals and business owners in the decisions that shape how their activity is organised and run, including negotiation and the out-of-court handling of disputes.

For companies and professionals he drafts and reviews contracts, employment and collaboration agreements, handles disputes and works on preventing legal risk. He has experience in professional and medical liability, civil and commercial litigation, mediation and assisted negotiation.

A law graduate of the University of Perugia (2019) with a thesis on medical liability; a curricular internship at a Perugia law firm and an Erasmus year at the Universitat de València. Legal practice at Studio Legale Longo from 2019; in 2022 he passed the bar examination at the first attempt.

In 2025 he earned the Master's diploma for over-indebtedness crisis managers at the IPSOA – Wolters Kluwer training school.
